Credit Sense provides FREE 24-hour access to real-time credit score information and is available to all NCCU members. This is a great tool to help protect your identity and keep your information secure – a simple click can let you know if someone has used your personal info to fraudulently apply for credit.
With Credit Sense, you can keep track of credit scores, get educational information on finances and learn more about which products and services are right for you.
Credit Sense provides up-to-date, personal credit information – including credit scores, payment history, credit usage, total account balances, credit age, recent credit applications, credit monitoring and much more.
Enrollment in Credit Sense is quick and easy. Just answer a few simple questions when you enroll for it (through Home Banking) to set up your report access, then your credit score will be at your fingertips 24/7 on your phone, tablet, or computer. Use Credit Sense to monitor your credit score for improvements or changes and to make sure all the items on your credit report are correct. And it won’t lower your score to check it with our app!

Buy Local Spend Local
Our Buy Local, Spend Local program is our way of supporting small businesses in Carter County! Look for the Buy Local, Spend local sticker in your favorite shop’s window or storefront, use your NCCU Visa Debit Card to make a purchase, and you could have a chance to have your purchase reimbursed up to $25 by NCCU! BillPay Service
BillPay is available through our Mobile App and in Home Banking – a single login takes you everywhere you want to go!

Home Banking
Even without our convenient easy mobile app on your phone or tablet, you can still conduct your credit union business online with our Home Banking service — this allows you to check your accounts anywhere you have internet access.
You can login to your Home Banking account on the home page or by clicking here.
On the Home Banking login page, fill in your User ID and Security Code (you can set these up when you open your account, or later with any NCCU staff member).

- Launch the App Store on your device.
- Enter “NCCU” in the search box.

Mobile Check Deposits
Use the Market’s Leading Remote Deposit App for Fast and Convenient Service
$2,000 per day mobile check deposit limit (limits can be adjusted, simply let us know what you need)
- Deposit cut-off for same-day entry is 3:30 pm eastern time
- Get same-day credit for most checks
SO Easy to use!
- Endorse the back of your check with your signature and write ‘For Mobile Deposit Only’ beneath your signature IMPORTANT: If you do not write ‘FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY’ beneath your signature, the deposit will NOT be credited to your account as this is a FEDERAL banking requirement.
- Open the NCCU mobile app on your phone or tablet
- Tap ‘Deposit’ near the bottom right
- Take a picture of your check, type the amount, choose the account you want to put it in
- Click Send and you’re finished! And you can see your pending deposits right in the app
- If for some reason your deposit credit is delayed, you’re notified within 24 hours
- Keep your original check (60 days recommended) in case there’s a question or concern later. Some qualifications may apply, so see us for details.
Text Us
At Northeast Community Credit Union, you can get our rates with just a text. The best part is, you don’t have to remember a new number. Simply text your inquiry to (423) 216-3900 during our normal business hours.
Member Service Texting will be unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as the following holidays: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday following, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

To help prevent fraud, we cannot conduct member transactions, give you an account balance, or process loans through the texting system. Please do not send your account number or personal information through the texting system. Ask us how to be opted in to receive texts regarding credit union weather delays, emergencies, news and special offers.
Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are electronic transfers of money from one person to another, or from one account to another. Wire transfers are usually completed on the same day, or the next business day if the request is made after 3 pm.
Wire transfers can be outgoing or incoming for NCCU members. Funds can be transfered person to person or from account to account, such as from a checking account to a loan payment.
Wire transfer requests must be completed in person.
Fees for wire transfers are $20 for domestic transfers. Fees can increase for international transfers but you’ll pay only the actual cost assessed by the third party. See our Forms page for wire instructions or for more information, you can contact one of our offices for assistance.
