Mobile App and enroll in Mobile Banking to easily access your accounts
from your iPhone, Kindle Fire, or Android device.
The NCCU Mobile App includes:

Getting started is just a step away.
iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch users:
1. Launch the App Store on your device or
click here.
2. Enter "NCCU" in the search
box.
3. Select the App, tap FREE, then tap INSTALL.
4. Enter your Apple ID and password, then tap
OK.
Android users:
1. Launch the Google Play Store on your device or
click here.
2. Enter "NCCU" in the search box.
3. Select the App, tap FREE, then tap OK.
Kindle Fire users:
1. Launch the Kindle Fire Store on your device or
click here.
2. Enter "Northeast Community Credit Union" in the
search box.
3. Select the App, and choose Purchase.
How do I log in to Online Banking from the Mobile App?
To use Online Banking in the Mobile App, you must
first register by performing the following steps:
1. Sign on to Online Banking from your computer.
2. Select "Self Service."
3. Select "Mobile Money."
4. Click "OK."
5. If this is a first-time registration
and you have not authorized a phone for Text Banking or Touch Banking
before:
a. Select "Add New Phone."
b. Enter your phone number and click "Continue."
You will receive a text message from "59289" with an Activation Code.
c. Enter the Activation Code on your computer
when prompted.
d. Choose "Mobile Browser Banking."
e. Click "Continue."
6. If you have already authorized your
phone for Text Banking or Touch Banking:
a. Select "Change my Mobile Banking services" in
the drop-down menu next to your phone number.
b. Choose "Mobile Browser Banking."
c. Click "Continue."
7. Your phone will receive a text message with a
link. Click on the link to confirm receipt of the message. Once you have
done this, you should be able to access Online Banking by selecting the
"E-Banking" tab in the Mobile App.
The App will ask you for your user name and
password. Once you have entered this information, you will be able to
check your balances and make funds transfers. If you receive an error
message when you try to sign on, please call or email Abby Banks at

If I'm not signed up for Online Banking
can I still access my account from the Mobile App?
You must be signed up for Online Banking in order
to use the E-Banking section of the Mobile App. If you are not signed up
for Online Banking, you can
enroll
here or by filling out the Online Banking form at any of our
offices.
What accounts can I access from the
Mobile App?
Any of the accounts listed on your Online Banking
can also be seen from the Mobile App. If you do not see all of your
accounts on Online Banking, call or email Abby Banks at 423-722-6228 or
abbybanks@bemycu.org. If all
of your accounts are on Online Banking but you do not see them in the
Mobile App, follow these steps:
1. Sign on to Online Banking from your computer.
2. Select "Self Service."
3. Select "Mobile Money."
4. Click "OK."
5. Select the "My Accounts" tab.
6. Check the boxes next to the accounts you want
to see on the Mobile App.
7. Select "Update Accounts."
How do I view my account transaction
history through the Mobile App?
To view your account history, tap on the account
you wish to see. Tap the button that says "Transactions." Your account
history will be listed in order from the most recent transaction.
Can I see my pending transactions on the
Mobile App?
At this time, the Mobile App does not list
pending transactions. You can still see your pending items in Online
Banking on your computer. The balance shown on the Mobile App is your
available balance, which deducts any pending items.
However, we recommend that you match this balance to your check register
and receipts.
