When members sign up for home banking, they have the opportunity to sign up for account alerts.
Account alerts notify members when activity is happening on their account. Dollar limits and transaction amounts are customizable to each user. Alerts are emailed to users at their preferred email address.
Alerts are available for:
- Account balances, falling below or going above a certain amount
- Direct deposits posting to accounts
- ATM withdrawals
- Debit transactions
- Checks clearing from accounts
- Completion of scheduled transfers
- Transfers unable to process
To sign up for account alerts, sign in to the home banking page. Click on Mobile Money, then click ok. Click add a new device, and enter your phone number for which you would like to receive alerts. Check all the boxes that apply (must check the Alert Banking to receive alerts). You will receive a confirmation text that you must enter on the next page to verify the text was successful. Once everything is confirmed, log out of home banking and log back. Click on the self-service tab, and account alerts will be found near the bottom of the first column. From there, members can choose which alerts they want to have and how to receive them (email/text).
